Catholics on Campus, August 21
August 21th, 8:30am - 1pm
Come on out and meet other new Catholics (freshman and transfer students) and learn how to get involved in the Catholic Gator community. Join us at 8:30 am in the Student Lounge at St. A’s for faith, food, fun and it’s FREE. Breakfast/Lunch, videos, icebreakers, t-shirts, etc. |
Catholic Gator Palooza, August 22
August 22nd, 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Come to the hottest party in town, featuring live performances, plenty of free BBQ, carnival games, prizes, t-shirts, desserts, and drinks! Join us after the 5:30 Mass, the event will be held at 6:30 outdoors on the Hurley Hall Lawn (behind St. As). |
Catholic Student Fellowship (CSF), August 23

Join CSF for praise and worship, prayer, faith sharing, and an awesome guest speaker. Meet us in the church immediately following Mass and evening prayer. |
Sports Night, August 24
August 24, 7pm
Ultimate Frisbee, Slip-N-Slide and Flag Football at Flavet field. A night filled with various fun-filled recreational activities |
Ichetucknee River, August 25
August 25, 9am
Meet us in the Student Lounge with your bathing suits. Please bring $15 for park admission & tube rental. Relax and enjoy the day floating down Ichetucknee River! Carpooling will be available and enjoy this St. A’s tradition. |

St. Augustine Day Celebration and Feast, August 26
August 26, 10am - 7pm : St. Augustine Day Celebration and Feast
A time and talent festival with food, fun, and fellowship following all Sunday Masses.
August 26, 8:30pm – 9:30pm: Ice Cream Social
Following the 7:30 pm Mass, gather in the church lounge for our “Ooey-Gooey” ice cream social. Meet the students and our priests and talk about the week to come! Don’t forget your appetite! |
International Food & Dance, August 27
August 27, 6:30pm-8:30pm: International Food & Dance.
With food stations from various countries, there will be music, dancing, karaoke. This is a fun filled event for all nationalities. Come to the St. A’s Lounge for a night of cultural experience. |
Mass on the Grass & Newman, August 28
August 28, Noon : Mass on the Grass
Gather at the Plaza of the Americas at noon. we will be celebrating a daily Mass on UF’s campus
August 28, 6:15pm : Newman Club
We invite you to our weekly tradition of FREE food and fellowship courtesy of the Newman Club in the St. A’s Lounge. All college students are welcome. |
