All replacements/adjustments for current ongoing donation amounts/schedules are made using the above form for security purposes. 

Once the form has been submitted, your transaction will immediately occur and the date of submittal will be the new start date of your recurring schedule.  Any previous giving amount/schedule will be automatically cancelled in 2-3 business days if the replacements/adjustments option was selected.
